Strength and Conditioning

This service will help tailor a program to your team or program needs.  Using the latest ISSA (International Sport Science Association) information coupled with the latest sport research, a program will be designed around your specific needs.


The program will include, but is not limited to:


  • Core training
  • Leg strength training
  • ACL injury prevention
  • Shoulder strengthening
  • Agility
  • Sport specific movements
  • Minimal equipment needs (if applicable)


This offering is always tailored to the specific to the athletes or team to help prevent injury and teach the importance of strength, conditioning and stretching.

Personal training is also available upon request.
