The Volleyball Coaches Academy will rely primarily on advertising as its' main source of income to help offset expenses.  However, the Volleyball Coaches Academy  will offer some technological goods and services to its' membership.

Coach Membership

• Every member of Volleyball Coaches Academy  gets access to our forum area to post information, ask questions to their peers and answer questions posed by their peers.
• Access to all written news articles and articles written for training, drills, and development of volleyball players at every level.
• LIMITED TIME!!! Get a free email forwarding account (yourname@vbcoaches.com) for one year included with your membership. (Subject to name availability)Get email updates about new coaching resources, educational opportunities and newsletters written by OUR MEMBERS.
• Ability to see online profiles of our player memberships.  They wil have them active or inactive as necessary and is dynamic with new players added.
• LIMITED TIME!!! Normally an annual membership would cost $20.  However, sign up now and the cost is only $10 per year INCLUDING the free forwarding email account!

Player/Parent Membership

• Every member of Volleyball Coaches Academy  gets access to our forum area to post information, ask questions to their peers and answer questions posed by their peers.

• Ability to submit your online profile.  You have the ability to turn this on and off at your convenience.  College coaches will be able to see your information if you mark your profile active!

• Upgrade your membership to have your VERY OWN PAGE under Links/Player pages.  You have COMPLETE ability to update the text, links, and add a picture.  For a limited time, get this FREE when you sign up for an annual membership!  This is a $79 VALUE for free!

CLUB Membership

• Ability for ALL your players to submit their online profile.  You have the ability to turn this on and off at your convenience.  College coaches will be able to see your information if you mark your profile active!
• Ability for ALL your coaches to have an account in the system to access all information that is part of the site!
• For clubs under 100 players:  $7 per player for full access (50% of your club must sign up).  All coaches are $10 per coach!
• For clubs over 100 players:  $5 per player for full access(50% of your club must sign up).  All coaches are $5 per coach.

Email

• Every member of Volleyball Coaches Academy  can get their personalized @vbcoaches.com email address
• Two variations of email address can be purchased.  Forward only and POP3.
• POP3 mail will allow you log into our mail servers and get your email, send emails and organize email.  You can also connect Outlook or any POP3 mail reader to this email account.
• Forward only account will forward email to the email account of your choice, but allowing you to use a @vbcoaches.com email address.
• @vbcoaches.com email addresses are available on a first come, first served basis. 
• Forward only account is available for only $15 per year.
• POP3 mail account with up to 25MB of space, up to 500 messages, and a maximum message size of 20MB is available for only $25 per year.
• An extra 25MB of space, up to 1000 messages and a maximum message size of 40MB is available for only $10 more!  Save today!

Web sites

• Fully functional web portals (similiar in format to this site) is available.
• Custom domain names (pending availability) can be configured.
• Third level domain names such as mysite.vbcoaches.com can be configured
• Sub portal sites such as www.vbcoaches.com/mysite can be configured
• Web sites are allocated 25 MB.
• All sites include the following modules:  Text/HTML, Announcments, News Feed, Feedback, Gallery, Media, Events and FAQs
• Secured content can be done via log in to the system.  You can grant content to users based on roles.
• Online Store modules are available for additional cost
• Forums are available for an additional cost.
• More modules available for higher level subscriptions.
• Free support is provided to help you get your site up and running quickly.
• Typically sites are up and running within 4 hours.
• Up to 1GB of bandwidth is provided.
• Subportals are available for a $75 set up fee, and $75 per year for 25MB of web site space.
• Third level domain portals are available for a $125 set up fee and $125 per year for 25 MB of web site space
• Automatically be listed in our site directory (coming soon)
• Custom Domains can be set up for $200 set up fee and $200 per year for 25 MB or web site space.  We will research and obtain your domain name.  We will research your list of domain names for availability, up to 20 unique domain names, obtaining the first one on your list that is available.
• Additional space can be purchased for your web site.  Purchase an additional 25 MB of space for only $50 per year with any package.  For a limited time, purchase additional space and get an additional 25MB FREE!

Adding Events to our site

• Events can be added to our site for view my all members. 
• Tournaments, Open Play, Instructional Leagues, Club Tryouts, etc can all be added
• The standard cost to be added to our 'Events' page is $5 per entry.
• The premiere listing also gets added to our announcements on our home page.  This costs $25 per entry and will take up to 50 words written by the subscriber.

Event Registration System

• An event registration system will be available 1st Quarter 2009 for anyone to utilize.
• Registration will include automatic payment collection
• Email notifications will be sent as part of every action taken in the system
• A transaction history is maintained by the system
